Overview
Why custom timing differs
Every bracelet is assembled after checkout, so production time matters as much as carrier transit time.
What reduces risk
The finished-photo approval step gives you a chance to confirm the bracelet before it enters the shipping stage.
Best planning advice
If the bracelet is a gift, order earlier than the shortest estimate rather than shopping against the deadline.
Timeline
From checkout to delivery
The storefront process currently points customers to a short design stage, handmade assembly that often lands around three to five business days, and shipping that usually takes roughly seven to fifteen days depending on destination.
That overall range can move with holidays, customs checks, or periods of higher order volume, which is why order-specific questions should include the needed-by date.
Order changes
When changes are easiest to handle
The earlier you contact support, the easier it is to review a change or cancellation request. Once a custom bracelet is already in production, the team has less room to stop and rework the order cleanly.
- Send the request as soon as possible after checkout.
- Include the exact change instead of a general note.
- Use the approval photo step if the concern is about the final look before shipment.
- For gift deadlines, mention the date in the first line of your email.
After delivery
What to do if something arrives wrong
Inspect the bracelet soon after delivery. If there is visible damage, the wrong item, or a quality problem, contact support with the order number and clear photos taken in good light.
Transit damage
Photograph the packaging and the bracelet together before discarding any materials.
Wrong item
Include a photo of the bracelet you received and, if possible, the design or approval reference you expected.
Quality concern
Describe whether the issue is about finish, sizing, broken parts, or a mismatch with the approved direction.
