Automated Decision-Making in Order Fulfillment

For customized products, once your design is ready for production, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your order. If we do not receive a substantive response from you within 48 hours, our system will automatically treat your order as confirmed and proceed with production and shipment. This process involves a purely automated decision that has a significant effect on your order status. We do not access or read your email account; the system only detects whether a reply has been received from the email address on file. You have the right to obtain human intervention, express your point of view, and contest the decision at any time by contacting us at support@mygemly.com.
